Thailand, 2013. A trip that would transform my well-being. For years I suffered from intense neck and lower back pain due to a spinal condition. I had tried various methods seeking relief, but only experienced temporary improvements.
Then, in that corner of the world, I discovered Thai massage. My first experience was intense and surprising: a different sensation that helped me connect with my body in a new way. From then on, this massage became a key tool for my physical well-being.
More than a technique, it was a shift in perspective for me. Thai massage brought me a new physical and emotional balance, helping me to care for my body and improve my quality of life. It marked a turning point in how I understand well-being.
