By using the services and products offered by Lotus Thai Spa Tarragona, the user accepts the following conditions of use:
General terms and conditions of online sales
The following general conditions of sale (hereinafter “General Conditions”) govern exclusively the contractual relations between any user of the website www.lotusthaispa.com (hereinafter “you”, ‘user’ or “customer”) and the Lotus Thai Spa wellness center.
These conditions are the only ones applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, and may be updated at any time, so we recommend consulting them before each purchase. Any modification will be applicable as of its publication and will not affect previous purchases.
By placing an order on the website, you accept without reservation these General Conditions, as well as the conditions of use of the site.
Gift Box
The period of enjoyment of all the services available on the website are 3 months from the date of purchase, except in the case of gifts, which have their own specific terms indicated on the website. In case of requesting the Lotus Thai Spa gift box + Lotus Thai Spa bag at the center it will have an additional cost of 5€.
Booking and payment conditions
All services must be paid for prior to the start of treatment. Payment can be made when booking online or at the centre before the session begins. In case of cancellation with less than 4 hours notice or no-show, the amount will not be refunded, except in the case of duly accredited force majeure.
By confirming the booking, the client expressly accepts these conditions.
Prices
All prices are indicated in Euros and include taxes. Shipping costs only apply to the boxed delivery option. Lotus Thai Spa reserves the right to modify its prices, but the price in force at the time of purchase will be applied.
Billing
After receiving the payment, we will send you a proof of purchase by e-mail. If you need an invoice, you can request it by writing to us at info@lotusthaispa.es indicating the order number.
Security of purchase
Lotus Thai Spa does not store bank details. All transactions are made through secure payment platforms.
Non-medical nature of treatments
All treatments offered are exclusively for relaxation and wellness purposes. Under no circumstances are they to be considered medical, physiotherapeutic or health therapies. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
Data protection
The customer’s personal data will be treated in accordance with current legislation. Lotus Thai Spa guarantees the confidentiality and security of the information provided, which will never be shared with third parties. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification or cancellation by writing to info@lotusthaispa.es
Customer information
Before each treatment, the client must fill in a form with his personal data (name, telephone, e-mail) and basic information about his health condition (pregnancy, injuries, ailments, recent operations, etc.) to ensure the safety of the service.
Conditions of use of the Bonds
Vouchers purchased at Lotus Thai Spa Tarragona are subject to the following specific conditions:
Application of discounts.

The discounts of current promotions are not cumulative to the discounts already applied in the vouchers.

Promotions only apply to treatments of 60 minutes or more.

Vouchers are not valid for treatments that include Jacuzzi and massage with pindas.

Payment in instalments
An interest-free three instalment payment option via PayPal is available, only applicable to the Vouchers.
Validity and use

The validity of the voucher and the specific conditions can be consulted on the official website of Lotus Thai Spa.

The voucher must be presented on the day of treatment.

The customer has a period of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to request the cancellation of the voucher or service purchased and a full refund of the amount paid, without the need for justification, provided that no partial or total use has been made of the voucher or service.

In the event of having made a reservation, if the client does not show up or does not cancel at least 4 hours in advance, the service will be considered consumed and will not give the right to a refund or rescheduling.

The gift voucher is not redeemable for cash and can be used within 3 months, after which time it will be considered expired.
Treatment modifications

If the client wishes to exchange the treatment for another of higher value, he/she will have to pay the difference.

If he/she chooses a lower value treatment, the difference will remain available as a balance during the period of validity of the voucher.
- The voucher is valid for 6 or 12 months depending on the type of voucher. If the voucher has not been used after this time, it will be considered expired and cannot be recovered.
Bond forfeiture
The bonds have monetary value. In case of forfeiture, they cannot be reissued or redeemed.
Collaborators and ambassadors
People who collaborate with Lotos Thai Spa by sharing content on a regular basis on their social networks or other types of collaborations will be able to access personalised promotions and special advantages previously agreed with the centre.
Intellectual property and liability
The contents of the website www.lotusthaispa.es are the property of Lotus Thai Spa. Reproduction in whole or in part without authorization is prohibited.
Purchases made through this website will be considered to have been made in Tarragona.
Lotus Thai Spa is not responsible for the loss, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings left behind by clients on the premises.
