Punctuality
Dedicate quality time to yourself
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment. This way, you can speak calmly with our representative, choose the ideal treatment, and discuss any preferences or needs with the massage therapist who will be assisting you. During the treatment, you can also communicate with her to adjust pressure, temperature, or aroma. We want each experience to be truly yours.
Health and safety
Your well-being is our priority
Please inform us of any allergies, injuries, or relevant medical conditions before treatment.
We offer special pregnancy massages: if you are pregnant, please let us know so we can offer you the best option.
At Lotus Thai Spa, we comply with all required hygiene and health protocols.

We ask all visitors to maintain a respectful attitude toward our team and the surrounding environment. We want everyone to feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
Minimum age
The minimum age to enjoy our treatments is 16 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult and receive the massage in a couples room.
Outfit
You don’t need to bring anything. We provide towels, disposable underwear, and, for traditional massages, cotton pants and T-shirts. Relax and enjoy.
Reservations and cancellations
You can book by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website.
In the event of a reservation, if the customer does not show up or cancel at least 4 hours in advance, the service will be considered consumed and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and there is another reservation immediately after, your session time may be reduced.
Exchanges and returns
You can exchange any of our treatments for another treatment of the same value (or a treatment of a higher value, paying the difference). Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

At Lotus Thai Spa, we want your payment experience to be convenient, too. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also make purchases with Bizum and PayPal.
Cash payments will receive an additional 5% discount, cumulative up to a maximum of €1,000. If you need assistance with the process or would like an invoice, we’d be happy to help.
